1- coffee stuns your growth 


too much coffee may cause other problems , but it won't affect your  growth 


2- multigrain is rich in whole grains 


multi grain means multiple grains were used - the could mean refined grains 



3- sugar will make you hyper 

according to a comprehensive study sugar doesn't affect behavior in children 
.hyperactivity may just be in your head 


4- vitamin C can keep you from catching a cold 

vitamin C \has no impact on cold prevention  unless you are a skier or marathoner ,,,,,strangely 


5 - oranges have the most vitamin C 


 there are alot of other vegetables that have more vitamin C like peppers and broccoli and strawberries than oranges  


6- too much sugar directly leads to diabetes 


.sugar contributes to weight gain and than can lead to diabetes


7- celery burns more calories chewing than you take in


negative calorie food are a MYTH.
