2- potato are mostly fine for you but if you want to pack something nutritious go for sweet potatoes they are high in vitamin A
Are believed to prove heart health
And help control blood sugar.

3-white rice is refined brown rice that's been stripped of  it nutrients  brown rice on the other hand is rich in antioxidants and magnesium.

4- peanut butter can be good for you but almond butter is richer in heart healthy fats , vitamin E and  fiber , nut and seeds butter can also sub for actual butter on your bread.

5- mayonnaise can be high in calories so use mashed avocados which are high in good unsaturated fat , vitamins and mineral.

6- many breads are loaded in carbs so replace it with a lettuce bun instead of regular bun for your
burgers.

7- replace  heavily processed tortillas of brown rice or hole wheat tortillas which are low carbs and are high in fiber.

8- alot of you are high in sugar switch to Greek yogurt which is high in protein and could be a great substitute for fats and creams.

 And remember to eat plenty of fruits and veggies
But if you are going to eat junk do it in moderation.
